Day 6 - Ginger Ale Frost

I found another fun drink with an interesting festive twist! This one is for Ginger Ale Frost. Doesn’t it sound so wintery? It seems like just another juice + ginger ale blend. But, oh no! It’s so much more.
The Twist: The recipe calls for a spiced sugar syrup—cloves, cinnamon, allspice, & nutmeg
The Juices: orange juice & grapefruit juice.
And then ginger ale.
Interesting, huh?
My drink-appraising son looked very puzzled when he took his first swig. It looks just like juice, but the spices make you pause to think for a second, because it’s cold, not warm and cozy like you’d expect from spices like that. The final verdict: It was good. And interesting. Haha! Give it a try and let me know what you think!
